What is your call on HDIL?



We have been very clear for a long time that investors should avoid most of the real estate stocks except for Oberoi Realty and Godrej Properties. Our view continues to remain the same. HDIL and many of the other real estate companies are best avoided for the investors. Somebody who is holding teh stock should not sell in this kind of a panic market. When the market recovers investor can hope to get up to Rs 60 in an HDIL stock as things stand today.
