Avoid getting into sugar and fertilizer space: Prashasta Seth, IIFL Wealth

ET Now: What would be your call right now on select pockets like sugar and fertilizers?

Prashasta Seth: These are two sectors which I do not take any exposure because it is too much dependent on news flow and too much dependent on what the government is doing. These are the two sectors which are good for traders but from a purely fundamental perspective, I do not see any move happening.

In the complex fertilizer space, I would say that the slowdown is fairly significant, so you have seen a sharp year-on-year decline in terms of volumes of Coromandel and GSFCs. Hence, you need to be cautious.
