Avoid getting into DB Realty & Unitech: Amit Khurana

How is the market reading into the rumblings on the 2G scam because yesterday we did see that bout of volatility, you did see Unitech, the entire ADAG basket, DB Realty all react negatively...

This issue now is into a situation wherein the stocks will keep reacting like that off and on depending upon whether investigation moves but if your question is that should one take a look at it, I would probably keep my hands off completely on these stocks because of 2 reasons.

The investigation part is one, the second itself is the kind of challenges which most of these players will face on the expansion of the 3G operations, the kind of cash flow impact it will have and the fact that they are sitting on heavy debt. So from both the perspectives, from the event play and both from the balance sheet perspective, all these players are in a particularly tight spot. So I would keep my hands off.
