ET Now: What is the call on Cement stocks?

Lalit Thakkar: Right now, a sector, which I will avoid is cement stocks. The stocks had a very good rally in last 6-9 months time. If you look at the industry leaders like ACC, UltraTech or Gujarat Ambuja, they are trading significantly higher than their valuations.

For the time being probably I would give a pass to cement companies, especially the large caps.
