What is the call on the real estate pack?

For the time being I would also be with the majority in the view of not necessarily taking any new positions in the real estate space. With again interest rates on the rise and demand prices having shot up significantly at least in the metros and tier 2 cities also to some extent, some dampener is going to come in for demand in the next quarter or two. So I would wait at least for the time being before taking any fresh new positions in the real estate pack.
