Avoid buying infra stocks right now : Prakash Diwan

In a chat with ET Now, Prakash Diwan, Chief Portfolio Strategist, Prakash Diwan's Wealth Circle, shares his views on infrastructure stocks.

ET Now: Was looking some of the stocks which were active over the last couple of sessions in momentum plane infrastructure. How would you look at that right now, GMR, GVK?

Prakash Diwan: Somehow, the traction is still missing and most of these stocks are not able to sustain once they see that up move, be it a GMR or GVK or a Lanco. You have a BGR which is today kind of a buzz with some news on stake sales, but I do not know how long that last if you are purely petered down tomorrow. But till the government starts some sort of capex or some sort of concrete action on that, I do not think these stocks are great to have, there is no hurry to buying them right now.
