What is the call on BHEL?

BHEL is slightly more negatively positioned considering the fact that for them the last two quarters have been bad. In fact, order inflows as well as margins have come down quite drastically and more importantly the kind of market sentiment towards PSU stocks has been more negative compared to the private sector players. Also for the coming two quarters I do not see any incremental improvement to the business and to the margin. Interest rates are yet to come down and have to make an impact on the profitability. For the time being it is better to stay away from BHEL.
