TVS will have to counter intensive competitive pressures, particularly from Bajaj Auto and Hero Honda, which are launching new bikes and reducing prices.

We expect the pressure on TVSM���s margins to continue. However, the recent launch of the 125cc Flame and three-wheelers would provide it some respite on the margin front.
