All the high beta stocks are tumbling: Deepak Mohoni

In a chat with ET Now, Deepak Mohoni, Director, trendwatchindia.com, talks about Nifty outlook.

ET Now: It is not looking very pretty but my point is can we slide further one on the Nifty, of course we will come to individual stocks but the benchmark index has shaved off a 1.5% as well?

Deepak Mohoni: Yes, it is looking quite bleak. It is freefall from 9:45 to 10:00, and there are just far too many stocks, which have lost more than 5% among the more heavily traded stocks. I would say nearly about 5th or 6th of the stocks have fallen by that much, so this is a serious decline. The causes must be more than just rumours here because it is very much across the board and all the high beta stocks are tumbling.
