Do you like any of the rice exporters - KRBL, Kohinoor Foods and Rei Agro?
I like KRBL as it has been a consistent performer plus it has increased its acreage from something like 18,000 acres to 20,000 acres. The company has moved from traditional trading business to more of a manufacturing business. It is a good brand in the domestic market as well as a considerable player in the export market.
With the way food scarcity has been observed, I think the margins going forward for this stock are going to rise. Even other foods stocks in similar businesses have moved up quite a bit over last few weeks. I would definitely want to ride on the momentum these stocks are showing as of now.
