Adlabs, Wonder La are growth plays for the next 2-3 years: Amit Khurana

In a chat with ET Now, Amit Khurana, Co-Hd Eq & HoR, Dolat Capital Market, shares his views on Adlabs, Wonderla and Delta Corp.

ET Now: These stocks are cheap, whether it is Adlabs or for that matter Wonderla. I can throw in a Mahindra Holiday as well, I can extend the definition by throwing in a Delta Corp as well. Valuations are sky high is the word, price is what you pay; value is what you buy, where is value here?

Amit Khurana: There is no value, there is a growth.

ET Now: Still, so essentially to buy growth at a reasonable price.

Amit Khurana: So, the argument there is that you are looking at over the next two-three years, if the utilisation levels for these asset start moving up that is where the earning start to kick-in. Most of these assets, are now operating at sub 30 per cent.

ET Now: So what is your price target for Wonderla?

Amit Khurana: Well, we do not have an official one yet. So, we are working on the space, that is something that looks interesting here.

ET Now: But 30 per cent in 12 months.

Amit Khurana: The return potential could be even higher, if the utilisations pick out.
