Adlabs' IPO a good opportunity for investors willing to invest in entertainment biz: Deven Choksey

ET Now: What is your view on Adlabs' IPO?


Deven Choksey: This company is one of its kind in the listed space. It is a business model which does not exist in this country.

The model do exists elsewhere, outside of this country. Thus, it is certainly a proxy play if one wants to buy into an entertainment business.

If you look at the numbers, you may find that the pricing of the issue a bit stretched.

Having said that, I do believe that those investors who would want to have an investment entry into this kind of a business, would be willing to pay premium because there has been a typical character of this business wherein you find little bit or more exponential kind of a growth. I would say that it is a good opportunity to enter into this particular IPO.
