Ackruti not looking good in short term either: Deepak Mohoni

Ackruti City, Unitech, and DLF what do you make out of these 3 stocks?

Currently, Unitech and DLF are enjoying some momentum, so I think for the short term and medium term, say about a month or may be a little bit more, they seem well poised; but to hold on a portfolio for the same reasons you outlined, one would still be little wary. It's almost certain that they would not do terribly well in a bear market so they do not look bad at all. Ackruti does not look very good in the short term either. For last 5-6 months or say one year, it has gone into a bit of a sideways range so its not doing anything at all plus there is a memory of that huge fall you had talked about so that makes it risky for a very long time for the long term.
