Accumulate SBI with a two-year viewpoint: Deven Choksey

What is your call on SBI?

This particular stock looks to me very convincing and attractive at current levels. In a falling interest rate scenario when on the bond portfolio where the provisioning requirement comes down, automatically it would also add to the bottom line.

At the same time the credit growth it is maintaining at around 16-18% and if it picks up going forward on the falling interest rate scenario, once again this stock becomes a good kind of a buy opportunity. Practically this company is available at a price-to-book value ratio, which is not thought about in the recent past, so this is available at this price.

Valuation is quite attractive, so one could accumulate SBI with a two-year viewpoint, which is likely to give you 100% kind of an appreciation over next 2-3 years period, so this is one good opportunity coming on the way for the large-cap stocks.
