A lot of potential in education sector: Deven Choksey, KR Choksey Securities

In an exclusive interview with ET Now, Deven Choksey, MD, KR Choksey Securities, talked about education sector.

On the entire education space anything that may have caught your fancy?

Well all the companies particularly have lot of potential if we look at either the Everonn System which has moved up very significantly in last few days or the other company. Also Educomp has definitely shown a good amount of business model prospects. The key question out here is are we comfortable at the price at which is being available in the market. In my view point though they hold lot of potential they also have lot of investment period and in which they are going to have the gestation period of generating that kind of a return. So I would rather go little bit slowly and gradually, Everonn System or some other company which something we always picked up when it was available at a very early stage somewhere in mid 150 or somewhere so I think that was the time when it was looking quite good may be it is good as far as the fundamentals are concerned but not too sure but whether at this valuation we will buy a fresh in our portfolio.
