Zylog Systems to list on Aug 17

MUMBAI: Zylog Systems Ltd will list on the stock exchanges on Friday. The company fixed the issue price at Rs 350 per share. The initial public offer of 36 lakh shares of Rs 10 each was subscribed 76.51 times.

Zylog Systems plans to utilise the proceeds for developing and expanding its business to set up two offshore development centres, fund acquisitions and strategic investments and to meet working capital.

The company is a global services provider delivering technology-driven business solutions. It is registered with the Software Technology Parks of India.
