KOLKATA: Fino Payments Bank has appointed Rajat Kumar Jain, former MD of Xerox India and Walt Disney India as its non-executive chairman.
The RBI has approved the appointment with effect from November 24 till November 1, 2025. Jain, an alumnus of IIT Delhi and IIM Ahmedabad, also serves as a non-executive director on various boards including group companies of Aditya Birla.
