MUMBAI: A legal tussle playing out in the Bombay High Court between Wockhardt and holders of its foreign currency convertible bonds seems nowhere near getting resolved with the bondholders rebuffing a fresh settlement proposal and pressing ahead with a winding-up petition. The case is coming-up for hearing today.

The stock was witnessing profit booking and slipped 2.78 per cent on the NSE. It touched a low of Rs 350.10 and high of Rs 366 in trade so far on low volume.
