Wipro to allot 2.32 lakh shares to employees
IT major Wipro Ltd today said it has decided to allot over 2.32 lakh equity shares of Rs 2 each to its staff under restricted stock unit plan 2004.
The administrative committee of the board of directors passed a resolution to this effect at its meeting held on Monday, Wipro said in a filing to the Bombay Stock Exchange.
Shares of the company closed at Rs 697.55, down 0.26 per cent from the previous close on the BSE.
Farmax India to consider stock-split proposal
Farmax India Ltd, engaged in FMCG business, today said it would consider approving the proposal of stock-split.
The board of directors of the company would meet on April 28 to consider sub-division of every Rs 5 equity share into five shares of Re 1 each, Farmax India said in a filing to the Bombay Stock Exchange.
Shares of the company closed at Rs 117.05, up 5.07 per cent from the previous close on the BSE.
