MUMBAI: McNally Bharat Engineering Co today said one of its promoters has pledged 2.89 per cent stake with lenders.
In a disclosure to the Bombay Stock Exchange, McNally Bharat said Williamson Major & Co has pledged nine lakh shares representing 2.89 per cent stake in the company.
At the end of the December quarter, Williamson Magor & Co held 6.07 per cent stake in the company.
Shares of McNally Bharat Engineering were trading at Rs 34.70, up 0.87 per cent in the afternoon trade on the BSE.
