Karvy Stock Broking has upgraded its rating on Tata Motors from hold to buy with a revised price target of Rs 450. The brokerage said Tata Motors is expected to witness better traction from North America and Europe with ongoing healthy volume growth supported by new launches at regular interval and believes it would partial ly compensate for slowdown in other markets like China and Asia. The stock rose 2.04% to Rs 360.65 on Monday.

Centrum Wealth Research has initiated coverage on Syngene International with an accumulate rating and price target of Rs 486. The bro kerage expects the company to maintain strong growth along with healthy margins and believes that given the company's unique business model, favourable industry outlook, healthy financials and steady growth, the pre mium valuation would con tinue. The stock rose 0.22% to Rs 407.30 on Monday.

Antique Stock Broking has initiated coverage on Ashoka Buildcon with a buy rating and target price of `254. The brokerage expects the FY15-18 EPC order book to grow at 10% CAGR. The stock fell 2.99% to Rs 189.70 on Monday.

Axis Capital has recom mended a buy rating on Sobha with a price target of `412. The brokerage said that steady sales in Bengaluru, without any new launch in the quarter, augurs well and the launch of its Gurgaon project should also aid a better fourth quarter performance. The stock fell 0.73% to Rs 306.80 on Monday.
