What to buy, hold and sell

> Bank of America Merrill Lynch has reiterated its buy rating on Yes Bank citing likely market share gains driven by distribution expansion, a high balance sheet buffer. The brokerage has set the price target at Rs 1,150 against the current price of Rs 688.25. The brokerage said the stock is down 12% since its recent peak and has underperformed the broader indices by 5-7%. However, it’s recent analysis indicates that the bank has undertaken measures to derisk the book.

> JP Morgan has recommended a neutral rating on RIL with a price target of Rs 1,000. The brokerage said the contribution of the US shale business remains muted at current oil prices and with lower commodity prices, the earnings are expected to fall. The stock rose 2.19% to Rs 976 on Tuesday.

> Edelweiss Securities has maintained a buy rating on Tech Mahindra with a target price of Rs 630. The brokerage expects the Italian acquisition to open up more cross-selling opportunities and help expand its portfolio of services. It, however, said Pininfarina’s low margins will not materially impact TechM numbers. The stock fell 4.10% to Rs 521.35 on Tuesday.

> Motilal Oswal has maintained a buy rating on Info Edge with a target price of Rs 1,060. The brokerage said that while the recruitment business remains the cash cow, 99acres.com along with holdings in Zomato.com will drive significant value for the company going forward. The stock rose 0.25% to Rs 828.50 on Tuesday
