Warburg Pincus sells stake in CarTrade Tech

Mumbai: Warburg Pincus, through its affiliate Highdell Investment, and Macritchie Investments Pte, an indirect wholly-owned subsidiary of Singapore-based Temasek Holdings, sold a portion of their stakes in CarTrade Tech, in a bulk deal worth 505.12 crore on the BSE on Monday. Highdell sold over 40.65 lakh shares at 828.58 apiece, and Macritchie sold about 20.32 lakh shares at 828 per share.
