Vishal Retail plans to sell four properties for an estimated value of Rs 50 crore to clear debt and partly fund new expansion under the 'V2 Retail' brand.

MUMBAI: Vishal Retail plans to sell four properties for an estimated value of Rs 50 crore to clear debt and partly fund new expansion under the ‘ V2 Retail’ brand. The company is in process of setting up eight new stores with a total area of one lakh square feet.

The stock was at Rs 33.45, up 3.08 per cent on the BSE. It touched a high of Rs 34.80 and low of Rs 33.20 in trade so far.
