VIP Industries climbs 10% on strong Q4 nos

NEW DELHI: Luggage maker VIP Industries surged as much as 10.83 per cent to Rs 410 on Tuesday after the company posted 83.3 per cent rise in consolidated March quarter profit at Rs 35.05 crore.
The consolidated revenue for the quarter, adjusting for excise in Q4FY17, grew by 19.6 per cent YoY to Rs 363 crore. EBITDA came in at Rs 54 crore, up 83.2 per cent YoY. EBITDA margin expanded by 519 bps yoy to 15 per cent.
