Venus Remedies shares rose over 2 per cent on inking a deal with Amsterdam's Pharma Match., for jointly preparing, registering and marketing an EU eCTD dossier for a latest generation Carbapenem injectible.

MUMBAI: Venus Remedies shares rose over 2 per cent on inking a deal with Amsterdam's Pharma Match., for jointly preparing, registering and marketing an EU eCTD dossier for a latest generation Carbapenem injectible.

At 10:34 am on BSE, the share was up 2.10 per cent at a high of Rs 480.

Venus Remedies will conduct complete studies and trials for providing the data for compilation of the dossier for this injectible going off-patent shortly, and Pharma Match, Netherlands would get the same registered in Europe.

Pharma Match has been given the exclusive marketing rights to sell this product accompanied by supply agreements with all the potential customers in the European Union. All the profits shall be shared equally between the two collaborators under this agreement.
