NEW DELHI: Ventura Power Investments Pvt Ltd today said it has pledged 7.77 crore shares or 2.65 per cent stake in Adani Power Ltd, to IDBI Trusteeship Services Ltd.
The company has pledged 7,77,37,201 shares in Adani Power Ltd to IDBI Trusteeship Services Ltd, Ventura Power Investments Pvt Ltd informed the BSE today.
According to the statement, after pledging the 7.77 crore share , Ventura Power Investments Pvt Ltd is left with no equity in the company.
The share of Adani Power was trading at a flat rate of Rs 28.55 a piece at Bombay Stock Exchange.
The company has pledged 7,77,37,201 shares in Adani Power Ltd to IDBI Trusteeship Services Ltd, Ventura Power Investments Pvt Ltd informed the BSE today.
