Vedanta board to meet on October 8 to consider fourth interim dividend

Metal major Vedanta Limited will hold its board meeting on October 8, 2024, to consider and approve the fourth interim dividend on equity shares for the financial year 2024-25.

The company has set as October 16 as the record date.

The company informed about the board meeting date after market hours on Wednesday. The stock finished the session with a gains of Rs 9.35 per share or 1.99% at Rs 479.60 on the NSE.
