Valecha Engg surges on Rs 136 crore project win

MUMBAI: Valecha Engineering soared as much as 19 per cent in early trade as the company won projects worth Rs 136 crore for infrastructure projects.

In a note to the Bombay Stock Exchange, Valecha Engineering said it has bagged a Rs 71 crore project for road resurfacing of runway at Srinagar.

Further, the company has also been awarded a Rs 65-crore project for the construction of an under pass in Delhi.

At 11 am, the company���s shares eased gains and were trading at Rs 35.30, up 11.89 per cent after rising to a high of Rs 37.85.
