Unity Infraprojects has bagged contracts worth Rs.134.15 crore from Anuttam Developers and Serendipity Buildtech.

MUMBAI: Unity Infraprojects has bagged contracts worth Rs.134.15 crore from Anuttam Developers and Serendipity Buildtech.
The first deal from Anuttam Developers, which costs Rs.112.40 crore, is to construct a shopping centre at Koregaon Park in Pune. The project will be completed in 17 months.
The second deal worth Rs 21.75 crore from Serendipity Buildtech is to construct big mall at Thane.
However, the stock was down 2.82 per cent at Rs 595.05 with volume at 53,050 against two-week average of 48,073 shares.
