United Phosphorus to buy 50% stake in Sipcam Isagro

MUMBAI: United Phosphorus has entered into an agreement to acquire 50 per cent stake in Sipcam Isagro Brazil. The latter is 50:50 joint venture between Sipcam-Oxon Group and Isagro.

The stock was at Rs 135.65, down 4.57 per cent on the NSE. It touched a high of Rs 141.45 and low of Rs 135.10 in trade so far.
