Shares of United Phosphorous moved higher after the company won patent infringement case in Germany.

MUMBAI: Shares of United Phosphorous moved higher after the company won patent infringement case in Germany. According to reports a Munich Court has ordered Detia Freyberg GMBH to pay the company for legal expenses and damage to its reputation after accusing it of stealing formula.

The stock was at Rs 157.95, up 2.77 per cent on the BSE. It touched a high of Rs 158.30 and low of Rs 155 in trade so far.
