Union Budget 2010: Realty stocks up on Rs 1.73 lakh cr allocation for infra

The BSE Realty Index looked up 1.12 per cent to 3,232.02 after finance minister Pranab Mukherjee announced allocated Rs 1.73 lakh crore for infrastructure in the Union Budget for 2010-2011.

The FM also increased the road transportation kitty by 13 per cent to Rs 19894 crore.

The minister also announced plans to launch an Delhi-Mumbai industrial corridor for development.
