Tulip Telecom promoter pledges 23 lakh shares
Telecom firm Tulip Telecom's CMD H S Bedi has pledged 23 lakh equity shares to three different finance cos over a period of two days.

NEW DELHI: Telecom firm Tulip Telecom's Chairman and Managing Director H S Bedi has pledged 23 lakh equity shares to three different finance companies over a period of two days.
Bedi pledged total of 12 lakh shares with ECL Finance, six lakh with Religare Finvest on December 27 and 28 respectively, shows a filing made by company at BSE today.
The filing showed that Bedi pledged two lakh shares in favour of STCI Finance on December 27 and three lakh shares with Cholamandalam Investment and Finance Company.
With this pledges, share holding of Bedi reduced 1.59 per cent from 25.8 per cent to 24.21 per cent in the company.
