Tulip Telecom has acquired data center facility in Bengaluru by acquiring 100 per cent shares of SADA IT Parks at a value of Rs 230 crore.

MUMBAI: Tulip Telecom has acquired data center facility in Bengaluru by acquiring 100 per cent shares of SADA IT Parks at a value of Rs 230 crore. This facility will be owned and operatred through its wholly owned subsidiary.

Shares of Tulip Telecom were at Rs 168.70, up 2.09 per cent on the NSE. It touched a high of Rs 168.70 and low of Rs 166.05 in trade so far.
