TTK Prestige surges as company acquires UK-based kitchenware business

NEW DELHI: Shares of TTK Prestige ended higher by 3.86 per cent on Tuesday after the company said it would acquire a UK-based kitchen ware business. The acquisition will be put to paces through the help of its UK subsidiary TTK British.

Reacting to the development, the scrip on the bourses surged 7.74 per cent to hit a high of Rs 4696.50. The business being acquired is said to have a revenue generation of 18 million British pound.
