The company reported consolidated net sales of Rs 4765.99 crore for the quarter ended 31-Dec-2019, down 3.92 per cent from previous quarter's Rs 4960.27 crore and down 6.96 per cent from the year-ago quarter's Rs 5122.61 crore.

The net profit for latest quarter stood at Rs 150.61 crore, down 26.14 per cent from the corresponding quarter last year.

As of 31-Mar-2020, DIIs held 16.46 per cent stake in the firm, while foreign institutional investors held 11.37 per cent and the promoters 57.4 per cent.
