The company reported consolidated sales of Rs 109443.39 crore for the quarter ended 31-Dec-2019, up 7.77 per cent from previous quarter's Rs 101554.26 crore and up 6.7 per cent from the year-ago quarter's Rs 117305.8 crore.

The net profit for latest quarter stood at Rs 4903.68 crore, down 48.69 per cent from the same quarter a year ago.

As of 31-Mar-2020, DIIs held 6.95 per cent stake in the firm, while foreign institutional investors held 7.62 per cent and the promoters 60.41 per cent.
