The counter opened at Rs 561.05 and touched an intraday high and low of Rs 564.35 and Rs 556.15, respectively, in the session so far. The stock of Bharti Airtel Ltd. quoted a 52-week high of Rs 611.7 and a 52-week low of Rs 321.6.

Bharti Telecom Limited (BTL), promoter company of Bharti Airtel, has raised Rs 8,433 crore ($1.15 billion) by selling 2.75% stake in the operator to a clutch of overseas investors such as Blackrock, Fidelity, Segantii Capital, Norges Bank and Key Square Capital, and local fund houses including HDFC Mutual Fund and SBI MF.
