The company reported consolidated net sales of Rs 105.28 crore for the quarter ended 31-Mar-2020, up 17.93 per cent from previous quarter's Rs 89.27 crore and up 33.03 per cent from the year-ago quarter's Rs 79.14 crore.

The net profit for latest quarter stood at Rs 65.5 crore, up 7.47 per cent from the same quarter a year ago.

As of 31-Mar-2020, DIIs held 21.4 per cent stake in the firm, while foreign institutional investors held 32.18 per cent and the promoters 0.0 per cent.
