NEW DELHI: Shares of Inox Leisure Ltd. traded 4.66 per cent up in Monday's trade at 10:37AM (IST). Around 81,825 shares changed hands on the counter.

The stock opened at Rs 300.0 and touched an intraday high and low of Rs 317.75 and Rs 291.3, respectively, in the session so far. Shares of the company of Inox Leisure Ltd. quoted a 52-week high of Rs 510.8 and a 52-week low of Rs 158.2.

Total market cap of the Inox Leisure Ltd. stood at Rs 3091.39 crore at the time of writing this report.


Inox Leisure is due to announce its March quarter earnings on Monday.


Key Financials
The company reported consolidated net sales of Rs 512.91 crore for the quarter ended 31-Dec-2019, down 1.35 per cent from previous quarter's Rs 519.94 crore and down 18.43 per cent from the year-ago quarter's Rs 433.09 crore.

The net profit for latest quarter stood at Rs 35.01 crore, down 3.98 per cent from the corresponding quarter last year.

Shareholding pattern
As of 31-Mar-2020, domestic institutional investors held 22.32 per cent stake in the company, while foreign institutional investors held 9.32 per cent and the promoters 51.89 per cent.


Valuation ratio
According to BSE data, the stock traded at a P/E multiple of 21.29 and a price-to-book ratio of 3.21. A higher P/E ratio shows investors are willing to pay a higher price because of better future growth expectations. Price-to-book value indicates the inherent value of a company and is the measure of the price that investors are ready to pay even for no growth in the business.
