The counter opened at Rs 567.85 and touched an intraday high and low of Rs 567.85 and Rs 557.2, respectively, in the session so far. Shares of the company of HCL Technologies Ltd. quoted a 52-week high of Rs 624.0 and a 52-week low of Rs 375.5.

Temenos, a banking software company, and HCL Technologies on Tuesday announced signing of an exclusive strategic agreement for non-financial services enterprises.

The company reported consolidated sales of Rs 18587.0 crore for the quarter ended 31-Mar-2020, up 2.49 per cent from previous quarter's Rs 18135.0 crore and up 16.24 per cent from the year-ago quarter's Rs 15990.0 crore.

The net profit for latest quarter stood at Rs 3172.0 crore, up 24.39 per cent from the same quarter a year ago.

Shareholding pattern
As of 31-Mar-2020, DIIs held 5.45 per cent stake in the company, while foreign institutional investors held 26.42 per cent and the promoters 43.87 per cent.

According to BSE data, the stock traded at a price-to-earnings multiple of 13.82 and a price-to-book ratio of 2.97.
