The telecom operator said it has signed a pact to sell a roughly 25% stake in its data centre unit Nxtra Data for $235 million.

The company reported consolidated sales of Rs 23722.7 crore for the quarter ended 31-Mar-2020, up 8.09 per cent from previous quarter's Rs 21947.1 crore and up 15.15 per cent from the year-ago quarter's Rs 20602.2 crore.
As of 31-Mar-2020, domestic institutional investors held 10.57 per cent stake in the firm, while foreign institutional investors held 20.29 per cent and the promoters 38.79 per cent.

According to BSE data, the stock traded at a P/E multiple of -9.56 and a price-to-book ratio of 3.01. A higher P/E ratio shows investors are willing to pay a higher price because of better future growth expectations.
