Around 1169537 shares changed hands on the counter. The stock opened at Rs 2.9 and touched an intraday high and low of Rs 2.9 and Rs 2.9 , respectively, in the session so far.

The stock quoted a 52-week high of Rs 8.4 and a 52-week low of Rs 1.75 .


The company said its board has approved various proposals to facilitate debt and bond restructuring. Recently, the company got approval from lenders as well as bondholders to restructure outstanding debt and bonds dues.
