Trending stocks: Spicejet shares gain 3% in early session

NEW DELHI: Shares of Spicejet traded 3.29 per cent up in Tuesday 's trade at 09:43 am.

Around 368769 shares changed hands on the counter. The stock opened at Rs 36.5 and touched an intraday high and low of Rs 36.7 and Rs 36.0 , respectively, in the session so far.

The stock quoted a 52-week high of Rs 152.85 and a 52-week low of Rs 31.05 .


HDFC Trustee Company Ltd, a wholly owned subsidiary of HDFC Ltd, has bought 34 million shares or a 5.45 per cent stake in low-fare airline SpiceJet through an open market purchase, a person close to the development said.
