The company reported consolidated net sales of Rs 715.98 crore for the quarter ended 31-Dec-2019, up 39.47 per cent from previous quarter's Rs 513.37 crore and up 64.59 per cent from the year-ago quarter's Rs 435.01 crore.

The net profit for latest quarter stood at Rs 205.8043 crore, up 179.64 per cent from the same quarter a year ago.

Shareholding pattern
As of 31-Mar-2020, DIIs held 2.05 per cent stake in the company, while foreign institutional investors held 1.7 per cent and the promoters 87.4 per cent.
