NEW DELHI: Shares of Housing Development Finance Corporation Ltd. traded 0.44 per cent up in Friday 's trade at 10:44AM (IST). Around 21901 shares changed hands on the counter.

The stock opened at Rs 1735.0 and touched an intraday high and low of Rs 1740.55 and Rs 1704.5 , respectively, in the session so far. The stock quoted a 52-week high of Rs 2499.65 and a 52-week low of Rs 1473.1 .

The company reported consolidated net sales of Rs 28996.17 crore for the quarter ended 31-Dec-2019 , down -11.59 per cent from previous quarter's Rs 32796.5 crore and down 18.46 per cent from the year-ago quarter's Rs 24477.86 crore.

The net profit after tax for the latest quarter stood at Rs 3835.38 crore, up 26.23 per cent from the corresponding quarter last year .
