NEW DELHI: Shares of CARE Ratings traded 4.76 per cent up in Thursday's trade at 09:34 am. Around 19,494 shares changed hands on the counter. The stock opened at Rs 423.25 and touched an intraday high and low of Rs 435.0 and Rs 415.0, respectively, in the session so far.

The domestic rater announced the appointment of Ajay Mahajan as its managing director and chief executive.
