MUMBAI: Transgene Biotek has completed technology development of omega-3 fatty acid DHA (Docosahexaenoic acid), which is in used in neutraceutical and pharmaceutical formulations.
The company is planning to commence commercial production of the drug shortly at a third party facility having large fermentation infrastructure.
The stock was at day’s high of Rs 43.75, up 3.80 per cent on the BSE. It touched a low of Rs 43 in trade so far.
