Transformers and Rectifiers lists at 69% premium
Transformers and Rectifiers listed at Rs 790, premium of Rs 325 or 69.89 per cent against the issue price of Rs 465 per share on the National Stock Exchange.
At 10:02 am, the stock was quoting Rs 724.85, up Rs 259.85 or 55.88 per cent. Around 7,31,436 shares changed hands in the counter. The stock touched a low of Rs 682.30 in early trade.
On the BSE, it was at Rs 733, up Rs 268 or 57.63 per cent with volume of 5,68,866 shares.
Transformers and Rectifiers manufactures transformers upto 220 kV Class, having an installed capacity of 7,200 MVA transformers per annum. It currently operates through two manufacturing units, located at Changodar, near Ahmedabad and Odhav, in Ahmedabad, both in Gujarat.
The company will use the proceeds to finance setting up of its proposed greenfield manufacturing facility at Moraiya, near Ahmedabad, Gujarat, to part-finance incremental working capital requirements.
